House Rules & Safety

Enjoy the Room. Respect the Room.

A short list that keeps The Virtual Tee safe, friendly and welcoming for every group in the building.

One Swinger at a Time

Only one person swings in a bay at a time. Everyone else stays clear until it is their turn.

Stay Behind the Hitting Area

Keep clear of the hitting area whenever someone else is swinging. Give the golfer room to work.

No Drinks in Hand While Swinging

Set your drink down before you step up to hit. Swing with a club in hand, not a glass.

Kids Are Welcome, With an Adult

Younger players are great in the bays as long as an adult in the group is supervising them at all times.

Care for the Screen and Turf

The screens and hitting turf are expensive and easy to damage. Full swings from the mat only, please.

Respect the Equipment

Clubs, balls and simulator equipment are shared gear. Handle them carefully and let staff know if something is off.

Your Group, Your Responsibility

Whoever books the bay is responsible for the group — conduct, safety and any damage during the reservation.

Start and End on Time

Bays are booked back to back. Wrap up on time so the next group can tee off on schedule.

Hours

Sunday 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM; Monday Closed; Tuesday – Thursday 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM; Friday – Saturday 11:00 AM – Midnight.

Emergencies

Exits, first-aid supplies and emergency contacts are posted inside. Call 911 first in an emergency.

Leave the Bay Better

Return clubs and balls, clear the mat and reset the space for the next group.

Be Decent

Treat the space, the staff and everyone else in the room with respect. That is the whole code.

Questions
